    ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

     

    Department:
    Managerial

     

    Salary:
    $12.74 -$17.20 depending upon qualifications and experience

     

    Job Summary:
    Performs a variety of front office reception and clerical work for Managerial Department and City Attorney. Primary duties include preparation and proofreading of correspondence, reports, documents, and forms; create presentations; maintenance and retrieval of official city records; assist the public in person and by telephone; schedule and prepare conference rooms for various meetings; copies, assembles, and distributes department materials; orders departmental supplies, sorts and distributes mail. This position is responsible for the compilation of public meeting agendas and corresponding staff documentation and taking minutes at various city related meetings.

     

    Qualifications

    • High school graduate or GED
    • Office experience preferred
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Oral and written communication skills
    • Valid Oklahoma Drivers’ License with good driving record
    • Experience with legal terminology preferred
    • Must be able to work the 1st & 3rd Tuesday evening of every month for City Council meetings
    • Must be able to work before 8:00am or after 5:00pm (when required) in addition to the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month
