    ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

     

    Department:
    Managerial

     

    Salary:
    $12.74 -$17.20 depending upon qualifications and experience

     

    Job Summary:
    Performs a variety of front office reception and clerical work for Managerial Department and City Attorney. Primary duties include preparation and proofreading of correspondence, reports, documents, and forms; create presentations; maintenance and retrieval of official city records; assist the public in person and by telephone; schedule and prepare conference rooms for various meetings; copies, assembles, and distributes department materials; orders departmental supplies, sorts and distributes mail. This position involves the compilation of public meeting agendas and corresponding staff documentation and taking minutes at various city related meetings.

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • High school graduate or GED
    • Office experience preferred
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Oral and written communication skills
    • Valid Oklahoma Drivers’ License with good driving record
    • Experience with legal terminology preferred
    • Must be able to work the 1st & 3rd Tuesday evening of every month for City Council meetings
    • Regular Hours: 8am-5pm Mon - Fri; Must be able to work before 8:00am or after 5:00pm (when required) in addition to the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month
